Our professional team is equipped to handle a comprehensive range of medical conditions, injuries, and general medical services.
WHAT IS CONCIERGE MEDICINE?
Concierge Medicine is also known as retainer medicine or direct care. It is a relationship between a patient and a primary care doctor whereby the patient pays a monthly or annual fee for enhanced care. It also ensures that the doctor is available for the patient at, virtually, all time; day and night.
What Do We Offer?
We offer a comprehensive primary care service. Our first encounter will be as long as it needs to be. Whether it takes a few minutes or a few hours, you will never feel rushed. We feel that all of your concerns must be addressed by the end of every encounter. Your health concerns should not be encapsulated in a time slot.
What To Expect?
Frankly, you should expect the best possible care. You will have access to your doctor via email, text, or phone around the clock. You will enjoy unlimited visits to our comfortable clinic in an unhurried atmosphere, with little to no wait time. When appropriate, you may have your prescription refilled from anywhere in the U.S. Simply call your doctor and your prescription will be called to your closest pharmacy. We heavily focus on preventive care. In some instances, you may be seen in the comfort of your own home.
What Are The Fees?
Individual: $95 / month or $1000 per year (discounted when paid in full)
Family of 3 or more: $225 / month or $2500 per year (discounted when paid in full). Please bear in mind that all the basic labs will be done at no extra cost.
Home visits*:
$3,000 per visit (8am – 8pm)
$1,500 per visit (8pm – 8am)
Note: As a rule, we do not treat children younger than 12 for chronic illnesses.
*Must be an established concierge patient.
